Biography

Gayle grew up in New Jersey and started studying voice and drama at age eleven. By age 16, she was a professional Musical Actress performing in New York.

 

While living in Chicago, she studied improvisation under the tutelage of Jim Belushi at the famed Second City. In addition, she became a crisis intervention counselor taking calls on the Suicide Hotline and also working with runaways and at risk kids.

 

Once back in New Jersey, she joined a group called "The Mental Health Players" where she was able to  combine all aspects of her training. This began her love for  using music and acting for not only entertainment purposes , but also healing, both physically and emotionally .

 

For the past 40 years, Gayle has performed as featured Vocalist with Duos, Bands and Orchestras. She has also acted as both performer and director in Musical Theater, Improvisational Theater and Children's Theater.

Gayle presently tours the country with her autobiographical seminar "The Healing Power Of Music".

 

In addition, she is a teacher of  private Voice, Acting and Public Speaking and offers workshops on each subject as well.

Gayle is also a Corporate Trainer and Consultant in the areas of Public Speaking, Communication and Presentation and invites you to learn how to "Express Your "Self"!
